Hi :) Best places are in my opinion Dubai Mall, City Walk and Mall of The Emirates.
Also the streets near residental area of Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab are decent areas to spot exotics. In fact there are good places everywhere in Dubai to find interesting cars.
