Spotted for the first time in Upper Beeding

A very odd thing to see on a Vantage. No rear lights. It was not the best condition for the photos at all, it was incredibly foggy but I think they turned out alright. It was difficult to take front photos too. Still, I'm quite confused.

Own maybe replacing them because the vantage is known for tail lights issues over time.
