Underrated supercar: Noble M600

Summer or no summer, you will always spot very exciting cars in London. The following supercar was also captured there but this one really is an extraordinary. The Noble M600 from Leicester is a car not much people have or will ever see, because for many people this car is too extreme!

The 4.4 liter V8 is the same engine as you can find in the Volvo XC90, but that’s about it. This engine is boosted up, modified and optimalized for the track, now it is the cause of some very impressive numbers. With 650 bhp and 840 Newtonmeter Noble can call their car one of the fastest cars which was ever produced in Britain. The sprint to 100 kilometers per hour is done in three seconds dead. The topspeed might be even more impressive with 367 kilometers per hour. Yes, faster cars can be counted on a pair of hands.

The bodywork is made all out of carbon fiber which makes it extremely light, just 1274 kilograms. This body also looks very exclusive and rare, with a low and stretched line. Thanks to a switch in the interior you can restrict the car to 450 or 550 bhp, something which might be nicer to drive in London. When you got space on the tarmac, you can use the entire 650 bhp. Don’t be afraid the car is only fast in a straight line, because it recorded a lap time of 1:17.7 on the circuit of Top Gear, with the Pagani Zonda F Roadster and Bugatti Veyron below on the board.

There is only one thing I ask myself, it’s about the license plate. When you use your imagination you can read F1 Hill. Is this a reference to Phil or Damon Hill? The other possible reference is the McLaren F1, which was partly developed by Lee Noble, the establisher of Noble Automotive.
