Düsseldorf is a perfect city for those who want to see a dozen of Porsches in one day. The 911 series is very popular but you will also see a lot of other Porsches, like the Carrera GT or the older supercar, the 959, very often. Meanwhile, already five unqiue copies are spotted and this makes Düsseldorf doing better than a lot of other great cities in Europe.

Cities like London and Monaco aren't that good with the spots of the 959. In Monaco, four unique copies were spotted and in London 'only' three. This copy has a beautiful silver colour and doesn't look as extravagant as the 959 which was recently spotted in Paris. The Hyatt hotel in the MedienHafen isn't in the city center but it is one of the best places to spot some nice cars during the weekend. You will often find some exclusive cars at this hotel just like this 959. This Porsche was spotted together with a Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4.

The Porsche 959 dates from 1987 but can still keep up with the current generation of sports cars. Porsche built this car to homologate their car in the Group B rally class. Officially, they had to built up to 200 copies but Porsche even built 337 copies of this car. Unofficially, it seems that Porsche built even a few more copies. In the back, we find a powerful 2.9 liter twinturbo six cylinder engine producing 450 hp. This results in a top speed of 317 kph. The current value of the supercar is increasing. Copies change owners for an amount of €750.000,-.
