The best Porsche currently has to offer? That will have to be the 918 Spyder and the 911R. Both are taking the driving experience to a whole other level! Unfortunately they are both sold out, but it is the best of the best that Porsche has put on the market. Spotter Nico K. Photography was fortunate to spot these beauties together!
The 918 Spyder is one of the three Holy Trinity i> and it is loaded with all the latest technologies. The combination of the V8 with electric motors are producing a total output of 887 hp! This copy is equipped with the so-called Weissach Package i>, an option that will add another $70,000 to the already big sticker, but it made the 918 to 70 pounds lighter part with use of magnesium wheels, a carbon roof and some extra spoilers. Honestly, in my opinion the 918 is the perfect without the Weissach Package, but I would still add the large magnesium wheels!
And on the other side? We have, well the 911 R. And talking about contrasts! The technological masterpiece next to the purist, the 911 R is. This 911 R shows that today not everything revolves around lap times, performance, speed... No, this R wants to take to something else, and that is the driving experience. Away with the automatic transmission, just a nice manual transmission. Navigation? Not necessary. Air conditioning? Not necessary. You can leave it all off on your desired R 911, and just enjoy the purity of the driving experience! How my dream car would look like? Well, sometimes a picture says more than a 1,000 words...
