@Horse-Power thanks man, I've been so busy over the past few months that I haven't had time to post here, but I've accumulated a ton of spots lately so I'm trying to get back to posting regularly. Hope everything is going well on your end, I will be starting a new job in a few weeks that I am super excited about, and I hope before long it will provide me the opportunity to really start knocking out my real estate and automotive goals.
