As a car manufacturer you can act very mysterious and send a lot of teasers but not everyone is happy with that. Aston Martin does this another way, they just drive around in the centre of London with their renewed Rapide. The strange thing is, we don’t really know what model we’re dealing with.
Aston Martin is working on the renewed Rapide for a while already. But this could be the facelift of the Rapide or the more powerful Rapide S. Those who order the Rapide get a car with a V12 that produces 476 bhp and that is less than its competitors. The Panamera Turbo from Porsche has 500 bhp and the BMW M5 F10 produces 560 bhp. So this means that they have to upgrade the car to keep up with the competitors. We don’t know how much extra power the car will get. Further, this Rapide has a changed front and back. The headlights look a bit sharper and the car has an extra front spoiler. The back of the car stands out because of the integrated spoiler on the back. We now have to wait for an official release of the car. We expect more from this car in Geneva.
