It is a shopping area close to my home, this car left Starbucks in that area. I spot a lot of cars in that area since there are a couple of restaurants that attract a lot of spottable cars.

On the road or in shopping areas are about the only places to spot here, cars are not parked on the streets like they are in Europe since most of the people park their cars in their garages (home) and company parking lots usually have signs that you can't enter.
