Recently another prototype of the Porsche 911 R was spotted. It was quiet around this model for a while but we already knew that this car was coming, last year. The R is based on the GT3 but still misses a few of the new components.
We guess that the 911R will get the same parts as the facelift but on these photos we still see the head and taillights of the pre-facelift version of the 911.
The Porsche 911 R will be available without a wing on the back but instead this car will get an active rear spoiler. Other adjustments are a renewed front bumper and a big diffuser. Next to that, rumors say that the fenders will be more prominent. The power of the engine will be around 475 hp and the biggest news is the fact that the car will probably get a manual gearbox.
Only 600 copies are planned to be produced but there's also some bad news. People say that these copies are already sold out. We're wondering if Porsche will bring the 911 R to the Geneva Motor Show.
