McLaren Automotive has released the news that they've started the production of the new Sport Series. The first model that will leave the factory is the 570S Coupé together with the cheaper 540C Coupé.
Meanwhile the first copies are ready and they will soon find their way to the dealerships. After that moment it's up to you spotters to make sure that the 570S will be spotted. What will follow? In 2016 McLaren will come up with a third body style, probably a Spider version. McLaren currently has a backlog of over 1.000 cars. We expect that the Sport Series models will result in a total sales of over 4.000 cars in 2018. That's a reasonable goal.
570 hp and 600 Nm of torque make you sprint to 100 kph in 3.2 seconds. In only 9.5 seconds you can reach 200 kph and the top speed of this model is 328 kph. The weight of the car is also quite remarkable, 1313 kilograms. This 570S Coupé is the first model that will be introduced in the Sports Series and will be followed by a 540C, 570S Spider and 570GT.

McLaren gives you more options for adjustments in the interior with the 570S. You can now choose between Alcantara, leather and carbon fiber in the interior.
