The current generation of the Lexus IS-F is a car that wasn’t very popular compared with its competitors, the BMW M3, Audi RS5 or Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG. Although, its performance is great and the car has a great V8 engine, the looks and image of the car can’t reach the image of the German cars. The new Lexus IS, which standard already looks better than the current generation, will also get a powerful version. Lexus is now working on the development of this car.
What stands out is the more aggressive look of the car. The sporty nose, sharp details and improved roof line have to attract more customers than the current generation. The characteristic exhausts can still be found at the back of the car. Engine-wise, we don’t know if the car will have the same V8. We think that the car will get a V6 engine. Will this car be a worthy competitor of the BMW M3?
