While Dubai was still underwater just a week ago, today everything is back to normal. This kind of flooding probably wouldn't be resolved as quickly in any other country as it was in Dubai. Here we see a magnificent yellow duo that's already back on the road.
A week ago, large parts of Dubai were flooded. There was more rain in a single day than there usually is in a year. Since Dubai has very poor drainage and water channels, the water couldn't drain in many places. The operations at the massive airport had to be halted because there was at least 30 centimeters of water on the runways. Roads were submerged under meters of water, and many underground garages were flooded. This is particularly bad in Dubai, as many of the supercars are stored down there.
Just as quickly as the water came, people in Dubai cleaned it up. You can hardly find a place that shows any signs of the flooding. The wealthy folks with their expensive cars are already back out and about.
Here we see a pretty cool yellow combo, consisting of a Porsche 991 GT2 RS and an Aventador LP780-4 Ultimae. We haven't seen many yellow Ultimaes; so far, there are only two: one in Hong Kong and one in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Let's hope that the one in these pictures also gets a spot.
