Two days ago, we already wrote about the spyshots on the Nürburgring of this amazing car. Two days later, we receive the press release about a Volante which will have a completely carbon fiber body. The Aston Martin Vanquish VOlante. In short, a masterpiece from Aston Martin!
The performance is still the same. The 6.0 liters V12 still produces 573 hp and sprints to 100 kph in just 4.1 seconds. The top speed will be 295 kph and you won’t be able to reach speeds above 300 kph but the looks makes you forget all this. The roof opens and closes in just fourteen seconds. Aston Martin made the coachwork fourteen percent stiffer than the DBS Volante and this makes it the most stiff Volante ever. You will have a lot more space in the trunk than the DBS VOlante has. The trunk of the Vanquish is 50% larger than the DBS and is now 279 liters big. CEO Dr Ulrich Bez describes the VOlante as a car which has all you need in a luxurious open GT car.
