Last week, Bugatti disappeared out of the Guinness Book of Records with the record for the fastest production car in the world. The reason for this was the limited topspeed for the special tires. It seems like Bugatti uses this moment for introducing an even faster Veyron. Bugatti released a teaser, which is not any good for showing the looks of the car. We have to wait for now!
There are rumors going around for longer, about Bugatti introducing a final chord for the Veyron next September, in Frankfurt. The rumors say that it won’t have 1001 hp, not 1200 ph but an massive amount of 1600 hp. The engineers now have worked for almost ten years to get the ultimate output from the W16, without losing comfort and daily usability. Because, that’s the unique selling point from the Veyron, compared to cars with similar performances. Not only the power will be boosted up, the car has also been on a diet. The only thing Bugatti tells about this car is the following status on Facebook: "The stage is set. It’s almost time for us to share the latest example of exceptional Bugatti performance, simply keep a close eye on Facebook over the next few days."
