Final Alfa Romeo 4C will be in Geneva

The Alfa Romeo 4C caused a lot of excitement, especially for those who are into the brand. If the 4C will really be able to be as popular as the 8C, it’s already a future classic. Alfa Romeo just send a press message in which we could read the first details of the rear Wheel drives coupé with a mid-engine and two sport seats. Alfa Romeo say the car is the ultimate example of Alfa Romeo’s DNA: performance, Italian style, technical perfection and a maximum amount of driving fun in all safety.

In Geneva we will see the definite version of the 4C, like it will be on the road. The new Alfa Romeo is the result of experience gained when making the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione. The Alfa Romeo 4C is on sale this year and will be an important car for Alfa’s comeback in the United States. Less than 4 meters long, exactly two meters wide, only 118 centimeters high and a wheelbase of less than 2.4 meters promise a lot! The four-cylinder turbopowered engine is completely made out of aluminium and will be connected to Alfa’s TCT-transmission with a double clutch. The DNA we’ve already seen in the Giulietta and MiTo will also found its way to the 4C, but this time with a racing modus. We have to wait for exact specs, but the power to weight ratio must be under 4 kilo per bhp.
