As Ferrari had already announced, they presented today a new version of the SF90 Stradale. In addition to the completely insane design, there have also been significant technological advancements.
The SF90 Stradale was already an insanely powerful car, but Ferrari had to examine every detail and make improvements to make it even better.
One thing that immediately catches your eye is the distinctive and rather atypical rear spoiler for Ferrari. For some time now, Ferrari hasn't been installing fixed rear spoilers on their cars. But here, everything is different. The front has also become more aggressive, and there are various new air intakes. The taillights are completely different from those of the SF90 Stradale, as they feature a pulled through lighting. There will be a closed version as well as a spider version of the XX.
We are already familiar with the XX program from various Ferraris such as the FXX Evo, 599XX, FXX K, or the FXX-K EVO. However, there is a significant difference with the SF90 XX: it can be legally registered for road use!
As mentioned earlier, there have also been technological advancements. In addition to increased downforce, the aerodynamic revisions improve the flow of cold air into the newly designed radiators, allowing Ferrari to unleash an additional 30 horsepower compared to the regular SF90. This improvement is distributed as a 17 horsepower increase from the 4.0 liter twinturbo V8 engine and a 13 horsepower increase from the electric motors, resulting in a total output of 1016 horsepower and 593 lb ft of torque. The engines feature a new "Extraboost" system derived from Ferrari's Formula 1 program, delivering their full power for short bursts of acceleration.
