Brazilian AmoritzGT designs the DoniRosset

The Brazilian design company AmoritzGT probably doesn’t sound very familiar. But this company is working on an interesting project since 2008. This month they presented their prototype which got the name DoniRosset. Powered by a V10 engine and built from aluminum and carbon fiber. This all sounds very positive!

The project was started by William Denis Rosset as a gift for his father, Donino Rosset, in 2008. Since then, AmoritzGT was in charge by the former designer of Volkswagen, Fernando Morita. He was started designing the car from clay. After this he made the prototype from aluminum and carbon fiber. The building took 35.000 hours of work and it is all done by only six persons.

The 8.4 liters V10 engine will produce a lot of power. They didn’t tell us how much this will be exactly. The car won’t weigh very much with an aluminum chassis and a carbon fiber bodywork. In front we see 20 inch wheels and on the back of the car the wheels are 22 inch. We are curious about this project and we hope to bring you some more news very soon!
