As ugly as sin: a Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06

Located on the Monterey Peninsula, Pebble Beach (California) is a town where many affluent families have a residence. Its beaches offer some unique scenery and there are no fewer than eight public and private golf clubs. Since 1950, Pebble Beach has hosted a world-famous Concours d'Élégance which focuses on classic cars. This event is a great opportunity for car manufacturers to showcase their most exclusive models, such as a special Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport last year. The latter will probably take part in the Concours in forty years' time, unlike the following Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06.

This car is the epitome of what one of you called a "Ricer Vette", i.e. a badly modified vehicle. It is possible that the owner of this Atomic Orange example wanted to boast like Han Solo: “I've made a few special modifications myself”. However, his Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06 is even uglier than the Millennium Falcon. First, he added a few stickers here and there, then he painted the brake callipers and the outer parts of the wheels in orange before covering the spokes with some orange tape. He also painted the diffusor and the exhaust pipes in yellow and added a front splitter which is held by five straps. I wonder what this car was doing on the parking of a select golf club in Pebble Beach. What do you personally think about this creation?
