Another Daytona SP3 shows up in Santa Coloma

For several years now, Ferrari has been in the midst of its Icona series. First came the Monzas SP1 and SP2, followed by the Daytona SP3. In fact, three to four more iconas are set to join!

The Daytona is a beautiful hypercar. Its design is inspired by past Ferraris. The Ferrari Daytona SP3 is equipped with a V12 naturally aspirated engine mounted in typical race car fashion in the middle of the rear. Undoubtedly the most iconic of all Maranello engines, this powerplant delivers 840 horsepower – making it the most powerful engine ever built by Ferrari – along with a torque of 697 Nm and a maximum RPM of 9500.
The chassis is made entirely of composite materials and incorporates Formula 1 technologies that haven't been seen in a road car since the LaFerrari, Maranello's previous supercar. The seat is an integral part of the chassis to reduce weight and provide the driver with a driving position similar to that of a competition car.
According to insiders, Ferrari is set to continue the Icona series with at least three more SP models. There may even be more in the pipeline. But let's wait and see because the next one is expected to debut fairly soon...

Moreover, this Daytona SP3 was spotted on the road for the very first time. susussin14 was lucky once again and managed to capture beautiful images of this Ferrari.
