There are cities in this world that are greatly underestimated by many. In my opinion, Seoul belongs to these cities. Until a few years ago, we could hardly catch any top spots from the South Korean city. However, in recent years, with the presence of a few active spotters in Seoul, we can now witness some of the most incredible cars.

What's unique about these Far Eastern countries is that, in contrast to many European countries where it's often forbidden, they have all their windows tinted completely black. On one hand, this means you can no longer catch a glimpse of the beautiful interior, but on the other hand, it just looks incredibly cool.
