A new AMG model: The Mercedes-Bens CLS Shooting Brake

On our Autogespot Facebookpage we already said that the new CLS Shooting Brake is driving around. It now has been spotted at the Nürburgring, with only a bit of camouflage. The CLS Shooting Brake is an unique concept which isn’t going to be selled in the standard versions. An AMG version which was present at the Goodwood Festival of Speed is going to be on sale soon.

The car has got a sort of camouflage, but most of the things on the car are visible now. Mercedes-Benz has got balls to come up with an AMG-] model of this car, it could be a flop just like the R 63 AMG. But you never know, it could also be quite a success. The Porsche Panamera and Ferrari FF are also kind of shooting brakes. And then there are the shooting brakes from Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera, but they will cost at least twice the price of the price this AMG will get.
Under the bonnet we find a V8 Biturbo engine with 525 bhp. A limited top speed of 155 mph and a sprint from 0 to 62 mph in under 5 seconds are almost definitive. We don't know when this car is going to be on sale.
