This Porsche 918 Spyder that was spotted in Columbus, Ohio in the United States was surrounded by some matching pawns. What a beast is this German hypercar!

In Columbus, where more and more supercars are being spotted, this 918 Spyder drew a lot of attention. Especially for the owner the car was surrounded by pawns to keep the people on a distance. That's not really surprising because a car worth over a million dollars deserves some special attention. The 918 Spyder is fitted with the expensive Weissach package which consists a lot of carbon fiber. The Weissach Package is named after the town of Weissach where Porsche's Research & Development team is based. This team found out that it was possible to reduce the weight with an extra 60 kilograms by installing magnesium wheels, titanium bolts on the chassis and a more lightweight brake setup. The green calipers on this car create a great contrast on the black paint.

There's quite a big chance to spot a 918 Spyder in the United States when you're in the right city at the right place. Of the total of 918 copies, up to 297 copies went to the United States.
