Spoiler can't resist pressure Driving cars at high speeds will put pressure on certain parts of the car. That is nothing new. What amazed us was this accident with a rear spoiler at the Nürburgring. A Porsche 9ff with over 100 bhp drove at 350 km/h when the rear spoiler broke. Something we do not see that often. Was there a weakness in the spoiler, or isn't it tested at this high-speeds. Most important is that the owner was able to stop the car safely and without any casualties.
