Those who are looking for a pure drivers car at Porsche will often end up at the 991 GT3 RS, Cayman GT4 or Boxster Spyder. These are all incredible cars with their own character. The Spyder is perfect for those who want to drive around with the top down. When you're driving in Switzerland that must an amazing experience. Photographer Nico K went out with this Boxster Spyder to do a photoshoot. The photos show us how beautiful Switzerland is.

The location for these photos is the Splügenpass. This pass can be found at the border of Switzerland and Italy and can be reached via Chur. This road is perfect for testing the capabilities of the Boxster Spyder. You won't find any speed controls in addition to the city centers or highways in Switzerland. Porsches first Boxster Spyder was a big success and this new model does it again. With a limited availability it's also a very exclusive model.

Everything is done to keep the Boxster Spyder as pure as possible. There are styling elements from the classic sports and racing cars by Porsche and the Spyder is removed of all necessary electronics. For instance, the roof needs to be taken off by hand.

With a six-cylinder engine producing 375 hp, the Boxster Spyder is more powerful than ever before. The car needs only 4.5 seconds to sprint to 100 kph. Even more important is the presence of a manual six speed gearbox. The location and this pure sports car make this a beautiful spot, don't you agree?
