Owner of a Ferrari 458 SpecialeA chooses the colour Nero

Ferrari's 458 SpecialA is really a very special car. This is probably the last Ferrari with a naturally aspirated engine in this category. In Geneva we saw the successor on which the 458 Speciale is based, the 488 GTB. This spotted Ferrari is very special and the owner of this copy chose a configuration we haven't seen before.

In Monaco it's all about showing off and most of the Ferraris in Monaco are painted in the traditional red colour. The owner of this copy chose completely different configuration. This car is painted in the colour Nero. This isn't a really outstanding car. No striping or any other remarkable things on this car besides the carbon fiber sideskirts. Ferrari will build only 499 copies of this Speciale Aperta and so far we haven't seen a black copy on Autogespot.

We can see how special this model is when we take a look at the prices that are asked for these cars. Owners who want to have the more raw and open version of the Speciale are willing to pay an extra 50.000 euros to get a copy. These cars are seen as investment cars and they value will only increase. This has to do with the fact that a lot of car manufacturers are starting to use turbo engines. This car also is the last masterpiece of Luca di Montezemolo who recently resigned at Ferrari.
