McLaren 675 LT is confirmed and will be shown in Geneva

We already wrote about this car last week. McLaren was working on a new model which would be unveiled in Geneva. While everybody was focusing on the McLaren Sports Series we gained some information about the McLaren 675 LT. A street legal car which is ready for the track. You can see it as McLaren's 911 GT3. McLaren meanwhile confirmed the 675 LT and meanwhile we have some more details for you!

In March we will meet this 675 hp strong supercar with racing DNA. The weight of the 675 LT is, as we already wrote, reduced with 100 kilograms compared with the 650S and they also completely redeveloped the suspension. The suspension now uses a lot of technology from the McLaren P1. Next to all the news we already shared with you we have some more new facts about this car. Most of the panels will be made out of carbon fiber to reduce weight. The car also managed to create more downforce than the 650S does, it is increased with up to 40 percent. McLaren managed to do this by adjusting the front bumper.

Next to that the brakes are improved and they also improved the gear box. To transfer all the power to the road the car will be fitted with Pirelli P Zero™ Trofeo tires for a maximum of grip.

McLaren 675 LT is bevestigd en komt naar Genève
