Spotted: Alfa Romeo Giulia QV

The introduction of the Alfa Romeo Giulia QV is already a while ago. At first the car would be introduced early this year but Alfa Romeo delayed this. Meanwhile, it's going better for the Giulia QV. A copy with only minimal camouflage was spotted in Dresden, Germany.

The Giulia is a car you buy with your heart when you're an Alfa Romeo fanatic. The QV has to revive the brand Alfa Romeo. With the dated models like the MiTo and the Giulietta, it's time for something new and the Giulia has to change this. If it was up to Alfa Romeo, thousands of copies would be driving around but time after time, there was a reason to delay the car. The Giulia QV seems to be almost ready for production. The V6 engine produces 510 hp and the sprint from zero to 100 kph takes only 3.9 seconds. A top speed of over 200 kph should be possible. The Italians managed to keep the Guilia QV lightweight, the car weighs only 1530 kilograms. To reach this low weight, Alfa Romeo made the hood and the roof of the car out of aluminum.
