This is one of the first private owned Tarafs. While Europe gets spoiled with hypercars from the Middle-East this is a really big suprise. The Taraf is just in production and a not expected spot. Aston Martin builds up to 200 copes which keeps this model exclusive. With the Lagonda Taraf, Aston Martin focuses on the production of bespoke projects. The realization of the One-77, V12 Zagato and CC110 Speed Concept come in the same category where Aston Martin does something really special. Aston Martin shows also shows this with the DBX Concept.
The saloon is developed with a reference to the by William Town developed Lagonda from 1976. Again this car has a groundbreaking design where they used a lot of carbon fiber. TheTaraf is handbuilt in Gaydon and will be powered by a powerful six liter V12. Via a special VIP sales program customers of Aston Martin get a special treatment when buying a Lagonda. Every car can be composed by the Q by Aston Martin program. That’s why the Lagonda is placed in a special corner on the Geneva Motor Show.
