You can already find some Bentayga's on Autogespot, though most examples are pre-production cars from Bentley themselves. Good news, the first cars are being handed over to some lucky customers right now. Let's go spotting!
So the Bentley dealerships have a humongous SUV standing next to the elegant coupes and limousines in the showroom right now. While the view doesn't really get that much better, the sales manager is having a time of his/her life. The Bentayga isn't really that ugly, but the model causes a change of how we look at Bentley, just like what happened to Porsche when they released the Cayenne. We have no reason to doubt that the Bentayga will sell extremely good. The Bentayga is the fourth model next to the Continental GT, Flying Spur and the Mulsanne. Quite probably there's going to be a fifth one added to this list when Bentley announces the Grand Convertible -a droptop Mulsanne- at Pebble Beach later this year.
130 hours, that's how long it takes to produce a Bentayga. Clients were invited to take a look at the manufacturing process to get an idea of the sheer craftsmanship that goes into their cars. Like those clients wouldn't know that; when their car is finished they get the keys to the fastest and most luxurious SUV... in the world!
