The market for luxurious SUVs will be filled with new models in Frankfurt. Not only Bentley will introduce their Bentayga, also Jaguar will introduce their F-Pace. The SUV, which was introduced as C-X17 in 2013, is in the last phase of its development and will be ready for sales next year.
The F-Pace will be available in a lot of different versions. The most interesting model of course is the one build by Jaguar Land Rover Special Operations. They will build a SVR version which will probably be powered by the well-known V8 Supercharged engine producing 550 hp. Other engines will be the V6 we know from the XE and F-TYPE. Jaguar will also come up with less powerful engines like a four-cylinder diesel and gasoline engine. The battle in the segment of luxurious SUVs will start in September. Who will win this fight? Both brands will fight for the biggest share in this market.
